Arm Lift
The skin of the upper arm may become loose and flabby as a normal consequence of the
ageing process or following weight loss. This looks unsightly – even when fully clothed.
Arm reduction surgery removes the excess skin and fat from the upper arm. This results
in a scar along the length of the inside of your arm. The precise length of the scar will
depend on the amount of excess skin that needs to be removed to achieve your particular
requirements but every effort is taken to keep the scar as short as possible. In some cases
liposuction is used
alone or in combination with an arm lift to achieve the desired result. Surgery is
carried out under general anaesthetic and requires an overnight stay in hospital.
